SSD04 ]

SSD04 A low-cost system designed to preset amounts of substances to be dosed, it is especially useful, thanks to its small size and versatility, in industry and chemical labs. It can readily interface with flow meters with reed-relay or square-wave output.

  • 24 VAC (1 A) outlet suited for controlling an electovalve or other devices (the voltage-free contact version is also available)
  • Opto-insulated input: relay, microswitch or reed-relay contact
  • Square-wave, opto-insulated inlet (NPN or PNP) for faster data flow (1 kcps, higher frequencies accommodated on demand)
  • Automatic data saving in case of power failure

Settings

Data preset

Press the PROGRAM button to enter the programming mode. Set the required value by using the UP/DOWN buttons. To exit the programming mode, press PROGRAM once again.

Setting the correction coefficient

Press simultaneously and hold down the three buttons PROGRAM, UP and DOWN for one second to enter the programming mode. The DP is displayed together with the coefficient that was last set. Press UP/DOWN to set a new coefficient. To confirm, press simultaneously the three buttons (PROGRAM + UP + DOWN) once again. For instance, if we have a flow meter set at 19.2 pulses per liter, we can set a 5.21% correction coefficient (521 is displayed): the system will thus operate with a 0.5% error tolerance.
